This page outlines the rules, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when you engage Voltronix Engineering for CNC machining, fabrication, or automation projects. By using our services, you agree to the terms described below.
Voltronix Engineering provides precision machining, custom component fabrication, and industrial automation services. Specific deliverables, tolerances, materials, and timelines are defined in each individual work order or quotation. Any service outside the written scope requires a separate agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate technical drawings, specifications, and material requirements. We rely on the information you supply to produce components within agreed tolerances. Delays in providing complete or correct data may affect project timelines.
Our workshop operates with calibrated equipment and documented quality procedures. Components are inspected against the agreed specifications before dispatch. Unless otherwise stated, standard machining tolerances apply as per the quotation. Custom tolerances must be explicitly requested and confirmed in writing.
Voltronix Engineering is not liable for indirect damages, loss of production, or lost profits arising from the use of our components or systems. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific goods or services provided under the relevant order. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notification. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
